In a conversation with a friend this morning, we both agreed that no matter which community one joins, there will be all sorts of people. A variety indeed in terms of personalities, temperaments, dispositions etetera. There is also not a single community that is entirely made up of one kind of people. Variety is truly the spice of life.

What does one do? The call is always to be loving. The call to love the other as you love yourself remains. You may not like this one or that one, but that is not the most important thing. It is not all about you. It is about Christ and Christ says: Love one another as I have loved you.
