At the recollection – Our Lady of Fatima

There was  so much that I learned from the recent recollection that it would  be worthwhile sharing; yet, I have been so busy that I have not  had time to  re-read all that I managed to keep note of. . .

Perhaps I can share that one of the first things that I have  put into practice is this… when one enters the church, one normally would make the sign of the cross with holy water and enter. But now I  add a prayer as taught by the  visiting priest to us.

May this holy water and the Precious Blood of Jesus wash away all my sins, O Lord!

Flowers for the Catholic Church

The above are flowers for the Catholic Church, that is true but I would like to talk about the lady who is very  prayerful. She is independent although she cannot walk far without the help of her vehicle. I have spoken to her and I do love the way she spends her time praying in spite of her age and her health. May I add that her example is reflected in the family especially the daughter and her husband. It is such a joy, is it not?

Birds of a feather flock together

Birds of a feather flock together – what I learnt in school comes true. These birds are almost everywhere in the areas where one finds food and you won’t believe it, they are so familiar that they won’t even move away when one gets near. Of course there are many such birds around; I caused the birds to fly away and only two bold ones remained to be photographed.
